Attorney Demars is a licensed Massachusetts Attorney specializing in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. He worked in the construction industry for over 10 years prior to becoming a lawyer and earned his Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University and Juris Doctor from New England School of Law. He worked for a mid-sized law firm in their real estate and business law departments prior to opening his own practice in 2005. He is an extremely dedicated and hardworking individual who works diligently on behalf his clients to insure they are protected and have peace of mind throughout their legal representation. He keeps his clients thouroughly informed throughout the process and updated with the law. He understands hard work and what it takes to earn the respect and trust of his clients.

In addition to real estate, Attorney Demars also handles land use and zoning, permitting, business law and wills & estates.

He is a licensed Massachusetts Attorney, title insurance agent for Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Agency (CATIC) and is a member of Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association (REBA), ALTA, Massachusetts Bar Association, Plymouth County Bar Association, South Shore Chamber of Commerce and a Massachusetts Notary Public.
